A Modest Suggestion

The prospect of corporate-sponsored patent law mangling is weighing heavily on those who care about a fair patenting regime.

Patent Hawk had his usual pithy bombast, pointing out (again) that patents are naturally a tradable commodity, and how the corporate moneybags are going about trying to rig the patent game to their advantage.

But Brenda Sandburg, with her modest proposal, does a lovely job of play-by-play; highly recommended reading.

And a hat tip to Dennis Crouch for pointing it out.
