AMD Folds To Acacia

AMD took licenses from Acacia Technologies subsidiaries, one for computer cache memory throughput for peripherals, and one for multi-dimensional bar codes.

Intel & Via Technologies are still in the hot seat from enforcement actions filed by Acacia in December 2004 and May 2005.

Judging from Acacia's web site, they're having considerable success in licensing acquired patented technologies.
