Still Rising
As
reported in
the
Patent Prospector last month, Ms. Yoon Ja Kim lost an appeal in enforcing her
patent,
RE36,355, against ConAgra.
Ms. Kim's admirable spunk is displayed herein by her comments regarding her
concerns.
Kim emailed the following two unabridged documents. One is a letter slamming Dr. Carl Hoseney as "unqualified for the position of Editor-in-chief of Cereal Chemistry, the journal of the American Association of Cereal Chemists." The other document comprises Kim's comments regarding her patented technology and her enforcement actions.
Thanks to Ms. Kim for her comments, and best wishes for her every success.
