Death Certificate Reissue
The
CAFC took the unusual step of
reissuing its
July 11
non-precedential obviousness wallop as a
precedential decision, so it could be used to maintain the KSR
fiction that the statutory "ordinary skill in the art" has an inventor's level
of skill and education, as well as being omnificent.
Dennis Crouch echoes the same obvservation.
